Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? 

A. Yes, we do. Since discounts can vary based on item(s) purchased and the quantity we can share that information after understanding your needs. 

 

Q. How are bulk purchase order delivered? 

A. Our team carefully packs gifts in relevant sized boxes and they are shipped through our trusted delivery partners to your address.

 

Q. Do you offer international shipping? 

A. We ship products PAN India but international shipping option is currently not available.

 

Q. Does Decorblitz store my card or payment details? 

A. We don't store your card or payment details. The payment gateway services are provided by trusted and secured 3rd party websites, which require only the minimum information needed to process your payment. Only if you give consent to store your payment information, they may do it based on RBI's strict regulations.  

Please be 100% sure that your personal information is completely secure with us. We only use your details for order processing, delivery, and communication and never ever share your information with third parties.

 

Q. Can I make a payment via bank transfer

Q. How do you ensure safety of products during shipping and what happens if I receive a damaged or wrong product? 

A. While we take utmost care in packing and shipping your order, damage can occur in rare situations. We recommend you take a video when opening product(s) received from us as that may be required for us to accept return for a damaged or wrong product.

 

Q. Will the product look exactly like show in the images on your website? 

A. We make every effort to showcase each product as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing.
