At Decor Blitz, every piece is crafted with intention, elegance, and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a seamless return process.

5‑Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact and returned
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@decorblitz.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images showing what's wrong with the product

If approved, you will:

  •  Be requested to return the item in original packing
  • Receive return address and step-by-step instructions from us

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues

We recommend that you create a video when opening the received order as it makes the return process easier if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@decorblitz.com and share photos of the item and packaging. We will promptly review and resolve the issue.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Engraved or made‑to‑order pieces
  • Discounted items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

For replacement, kindly return the original item within the 5‑day window and place a new order for the same item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund
